Ability to customize tags on complaints. Resolved doesn't really fit in our context and would prefer something like closed so having the ability to edit that language would be helpful.

Customize/select additional notifications by report

Add custom notifications to individual submissions. Provide email notification to schools that differ based on the submission. For example some things we might want to notify a school they have to get something done 3 months before it is due and other stuff it might be ok to just give the schools a weeks notice.

Default reviewer assignment by school (instead of report)

We have assigned each school to the appropriate staff member who oversees the work for those schools. Wondering if it would be possible for reports associated with these specific schools to be auto assigned to the staff member listed as the one responsible for their respective schools

Basically, the same functionality as “assign from report” in the school assignment area of the school profile.

Internal notification center

There is not a notification within the system for schools or us to see if someone has left a comment in the activity log. The only way you are notified is via email. It would be nice for there to be a notification within the system when someone makes a comment in the activity log that you can click on and will take you straight to the submission and the activity log.

School-based auto-accept

Board member table data customization

Change visible data from the school profile to title, email, phone (or allow the ability to customize this) - instead of term dates.

The board roster need position on the "cover page" currently have to click into each member to see who is chair etc. This information is more useful to us than term information which is currently there

Default assign reports to all schools (instead of manual assign)

Would need to manually unassingn instead of manually assign.

School notes updates

Time stamp for modifications to Notes
Ability to add/tag notes with a subject and then search by that subject

Dateless or ad hoc reports

Users need a way to collect information/reports from schools throughout the year that are not set to specific dates (i.e. the school is responsible for completing only when they need to)

Need an ability to create ad hoc or dateless reports that schools can view and submit when needed, and as many times as needed (reset each year)
